Checking in and out
The following are our general check-in and checkout times unless prior agreement or stated on the property page, please communicate with us in advance to say your estimated time of arrival.
Check-in from after 4:00 PM up until 7:00 PM
Checkout before 10:00 AM
Check-in’s and checkouts are either conducted by CLV management, Property Managers, Hosts or other staff.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old unless stated on the property page.
Maximum amount of guests per property
The maximum number of guests (in which guests can sleep) is the maximum amount stated per property page. Please note that no external guests are allowed without permission from Capitol Lifestyle Villas and the property owner.
Child Policies
In general children of any age are welcome to our properties unless stated on the property page due to rules set by the property owner.
Children are to be supervised at all times and are the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian.
Health & Safety
With our rental contract, it is the responsibility of the guests for any falls or accidents.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Swimming Pools
Swimming pools are open approximately from mid-May to the end of September unless stated, please contact us for exact periods before booking.
Domestic Animals
Domestic animals (pets) are generally not allowed in villas, if you do have / wish to bring over a domestic animal please contact us so we can provide options & availability though may be limited compared to our full portfolio.
Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed at villas unless organized and/or promoted by Capitol Lifestyle Villas. No loud noise after 11pm.
Commercial activity
No commercial activity i.e. photography from the guest / renter is allowed without prior consent with Capitol Lifestyle Villas and the property owner due it has to be arranged and organized by Capitol Lifestyle Villas, if you are interested in commercial activity with one of our properties please contact us.
Rental Prices
Rental prices are divided by “High Season”, “Mid Season” & “Low Season”.
