The private road access brings you directly to the electric gates which open into a curved driveway which takes you to the front of the villa. There is space enough for three cars at Green Hill Property, which sits amidst wonderful mature gardens.

The Neighbourhood

This splendid villa is located in Besozzo only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful Lake Maggiore shores in the Lombardy region, just north of the Borromean Islands.

The town centre is a short drive away, while Laveno (8 km) is a 10 minute drive away where you can find many more shops, restaurants and stunning views of the lake. Laveno offers a speedy car ferry to enable exploring the Piedmont region.

Getting Around

Green Hill Property is conveniently located close to Milan, international airports (Malpensa 28km), fast trains and the car ferry port.

Other Things to Note

From June - September, Green Hill Property the private swimming pool is heated. The villa also features a TV, Sky TV Channels, Wi-Fi, and Marshall sound system.
