This classic-style, ornate luxury villa constructed by Angelo Orsi is surrounded by a 3,400 sqm private park featuring mediterranean gardens with cypress, palm, orange and lemon trees. Hosting a splendid gazebo and relaxing pool area (9m x 4m), complete with sun beds and sun umbrellas.

The villa has been lovingly renovated to the highest level and hosts all modern day facilities whilst preserving its original style and flair, including frescoed ceilings.

The 6 bedroom waterfront villa is designed for those who enjoy the atmosphere of botanical gardens and views of the lake.

The Neighbourhood

The position is both amazing and convenient, directly opposite a little harbour and nestled lovingly beside the lakeside promenade of Cannero. All amenities including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away.

Cannero Riviera, rests on the upper part of Lake Maggiore, with a climate that is more Mediterranean than sub-alpine, due to its sheltered and sunny exposure. Hosting temperate summers and mild winters ideal for multiple sporting activities, including fishing, golf, alpine hiking and mountain biking.

The town's beautiful lakefront promenade offers enchanting views extending over the lake, the islands and the Castles of Cannero.

Cannero Riviera is situated on a river delta. Intra (15 km) is an easy 20 minute drive away where you can find more restaurants and shops, or hop onto the car ferry and in 20 mins you’ll be in Laveno Mombello in the Lombardy region. Providing even more areas to explore!

Getting Around

From Locarno to Cannero is approximately 30 min (23 km) away. Malpensa airport is about an hour and 20 minutes away (84 km). Torino and Bergamo airports are about 2 hours away. Intra town offers easy access to the car ferry service which runs every 20 minutes directly to Laveno Mombello in Lombardy.
