Constructed on a rocky slope with meandering pathways leading down to the lake with various little terraces to enjoy the lush greenery of the natural gardens and the serenity it offers.

The villa is located on the main road, with easy access to Laveno Mombello town, only a short drive away and hosting a car ferry service running every 20 minutes to the Piemonte region. It also offers two train stations for ease to travel into Milan or Switzerland. Multiple shops, restaurants, bars and walks are also available in the bustling town of Besozzo only a 8km drive

The 6 bedroom villa is spread over 3 three levels and designed for those who want to  enjoy a fantastic vacation on private grounds with family and friends. Note this villa is NOT suitable for young children or elderly/disabled due to the nature of the multiple external steps and internal stairways.
